We ensure that all necessary tourist licenses and permits are in order. National Park fees are always paid, and tourists are properly registered. Customers complete all required medical and liability forms, and insurance is included for all activities..

Our vehicles and drivers have the necessary permits to transport tourists. We use only air-conditioned minibuses equipped with seat belts, which are mandatory for all passengers. Our drivers are trained to prioritize safety and are instructed to drive slowly and carefully.

We only operate well-maintained vessels that undergo daily and monthly safety inspections. All captains, engineers, and vessels are fully licensed, and we strictly adhere to maximum passenger limits to ensure safety.

Life jackets, including child sizes, are always available on board. First aid kits are readily accessible and in excellent condition. Our snorkeling, SUP, and diving equipment is of high quality and regularly maintained to ensure optimal safety.

We continuously monitor weather conditions, tropical storms, earthquakes, and other potential hazards 24/7. Our groups are supervised at all times, both above and below the water, and customer headcounts are conducted several times a day. We have detailed evacuation plans in place, which are regularly practiced.
